    Job Description:

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    1.Identify business opportunities and customers which meet target profile and develop sales tactics to do sales through these targets.

    2.Document market intelligence and provide input to the company management for market analysis. Provide forecasting of business based on customer needs and changing requirements.

    3.Develop sales and placement strategies and tactics that align with company business strategies.

    4.Responsible for direct follow up of all quotations in his/her territory, pursuing new business closures and communicating internally and develop tactics with internal team to overcome roadblocks and gain new business.

    Job Requirements:

    Educational/Experience Requirements:

    1.Bachelor Degree in any science or engineering fields, preferable related to mechanical; lower qualification also consider if candidate other attributes suit the position requirements

    2.Solid experience in the sales of one or more of the following markets: componentry for OEM HVAC, gear drives, compressors, heavy duty pumps and replacement parts of the same markets, with preference to gaskets.

    3.Strong negotiator used to deal with high-end customers focused on quality.

    4.Experienced in drawing formal reports to management, preferably in an international environment.

    5.Able to effectively interact with collegues to turn projects into business.

    6.Business English written and spoken as a must.

    7.Ability to work under pressure and possess "can-do" altitude.
